STRIVE Search, based in Dublin, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist focused on Funds & Investment Management. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through candidate sourcing and placement, while advising clients on hiring strategy and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous Agency recruitment experience within Funds & Investment Management is essential.
• Ambitious recruiter with ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate sourcing and placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, advising on hiring strategy and market conditions.
• Develop new business through targeted calls, meetings, referrals and proactive candidate introductions.
• Source, interview and assess candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Manage multiple live assignments, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
• Mentor junior consultants and share market knowledge to raise recruitment standards.
