Job summary

Amicus Search & Recruitment is helping a leading international law firm strengthen its Asset Management & Investment Funds team in Dublin. An ambitious Associate will work at the heart of cross-border fund transactions and interact with a global office network from day one.

The role focuses on structuring Irish-domiciled funds, advising on UCITS, RIAIFs, ELTIFs and QIAIFs, and drafting fund documentation, with a strong emphasis on client advisory work and market development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PQE in asset management or investment funds.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Collegiate team player with strong commercial awareness and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advising on the structuring and establishment of Irish-domiciled investment funds
• Providing ongoing advice to UCITS, RIAIFs, ELTIFs and QIAIFs, and to ManCos, AIFMs and asset managers
• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of fund documentation
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry contacts
• Contributing to legal and regulatory development projects and raising profile through advisories and publications
