Job summary

A tier one national law firm in Dublin seeks a Senior Associate to join the Asset Management & Funds practice. You will advise clients on Irish funds matters, establish and operate fund structures, review documentation, and contribute to business development.

We are working with a tier one national law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate to join their Asset Management & Funds practice within their Dublin office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an elite Investment Management practice, advising a variety of international and domestic clients across a broad range of investment funds, including UCITS, ETFs, AIFs, ELTIFs, money market funds, and other fund structures investing in the public and private market. The candidate will advise clients across a diverse range of Irish funds matters, including reviewing transaction documentation, drafting and negotiating fund documentation, and the structuring, establishment and operation of Irish fund products.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s client base in the establishment of all types of Irish fund structures across a range of investment strategies. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
