Job summary

Carne Group in Dublin seeks an experienced Client Relationship Manager to enhance client experience across multiple jurisdictions and fund structures. You will oversee service delivery, performance, and issue resolution, partnering with internal teams to drive high-quality outcomes in a global context.

You will engage with clients, manage strategic engagements, and contribute to governance and regulatory oversight while supporting growth in a complex asset servicing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years’ experience in the global funds industry.
• Experience with regulated fund structures such as Ireland UCITS or AIFs.
• Proven client-facing relationship or service management experience.
• Ability to lead strategic client engagements and resolve complex queries.
• Understanding of fund governance and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance client experience across touchpoints.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on impacts.
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating when needed.
• Deliver reporting with commentary for MC/Board reporting.
• Represent the firm at Fund Board meetings.
• Address persistent service issues and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Risk Monitoring, Sales & Product Development, and Operations.
• Contribute to strategic planning for Client Service Management.
