Effective Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
Communicates clearly and confidently with clients, delegates, service providers, internal teams, and senior management, ensuring operational matters, risks, and escalations are explained in a professional and timely manner.
Planning, Organisation and Execution
Plans, prioritises, and oversees operational deliverables effectively, ensuring NAV reviews, fund events, incident actions, and service provider follow-ups are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timeframes.
Analytical Judgement and Attention to Detail
Analyses complex fund operations data, NAV movements, tolerance breaches, incidents, and fund event information to identify exceptions, assess root causes, and support well-documented governance decisions.
Governance, Risk and Control Mindset
Applies strong governance discipline by identifying operational risks, challenging exceptions, maintaining robust documentation, and ensuring issues are escalated, remediated, and closed in line with control expectations.
Resilience and Prioritisation
Maintains focus and sound judgement when managing competing priorities, time-sensitive operational issues, client expectations, and incident escalations in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership and Accountability
Takes ownership for delivery, provides clear direction to others, supports effective team performance, and drives timely resolution of operational matters through appropriate follow-up and challenge.

Demonstrates a commitment to accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs, with a focus on strengthening operational controls, enhancing processes, and supporting consistent service delivery.
