Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring for a senior role in the Global Fund Custody team, Europe-based, overseeing a portfolio of strategic client relationships and delivering a best-in-class client experience. You will serve as the primary contact for clients and liaise across U.S. Bank and Elavon to drive service excellence.

You will mentor junior members, support onboarding, and contribute to service enhancements as the Fund Custody business grows in Europe, with a hybrid/flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of operational functions, systems, and products/services.
• Understanding of Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly and through staff, manages day-to-day operational activities for assigned area(s)/region(s).
• Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers.
• Leads high-performance teams by setting goals, providing feedback, and building accountability.
• Oversees adherence to policies and regulatory compliance within area of responsibility.
• Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures.
