Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Fund Custody Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic client relationships and deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with Operations, Product, Network Management, Treasury, and other areas to ensure seamless service delivery.

You’ll mentor junior team members, contribute to service enhancements, and play a key role in growing the Fund Custody business across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of operational functions, systems and products/services.
• Understanding of applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s).
• Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers.
• Leads high performance teams by setting goals, providing feedback, measuring progress and building accountability.
• Oversees adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures.
