Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a Trading API in Ireland. You’ll join a globally distributed team building developer-focused infrastructure for modern financial services and digital trading.

You will work across payments, trading, market data, and account infrastructure, delivering end-to-end features and scalable systems. Candidates should enjoy solving complex fintech problems in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong experience with Golang and TypeScript/React across backend and frontend.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/React for responsive, performant UIs.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS or similar).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with REST API design and best practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, and maintain scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Develop features for Trading API customers including dashboards and services.
• Work with payments, trading, market data, and account infrastructure systems.
• Contribute to API design and the broader product ecosystem.
• Build performant frontend experiences using TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop reliable backend services using Go or another modern language.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into production-ready features.
• Own high-visibility projects from design to deployment and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance product needs with scalability.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction and best practices.
• Improve quality, performance, usability, and reliability of financial systems.
