Rent The Runway is seeking a Software Engineer III, Full Stack, to join our Galway office. You’ll contribute to microservices powering our internal app, warehouse tech, and other systems, working on features and performance improvements in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Experience with Java, ReactJS, and cloud-native architectures is essential. You’ll operate in a hybrid setup with 2–3 days in Galway and opportunities to influence scaling, testing, and deployment practices across the

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or software engineering.
• 4+ years of programming experience.
• Experience with Java and ReactJS.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in agile software development for operations stack microservices.
• Identify performance improvements for key product features.
• Develop scalable systems using Java, ReactJS, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, Kotlin, SpringBoot.
• Deliver software on a sustainable schedule with work-life balance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify software solutions to business challenges.
• Contribute to cross-functional development efforts and mentor teammates.
