Job summary

Cpl in Dublin is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own frontend experiences for dealer-facing products, collaborating with product and design teams, and contributing to full-stack features for our Canadian and UK markets.

You will mentor juniors, drive architecture discussions, ensure code quality, and uphold security and performance, with React, TypeScript, Remix/Next.js/Express stack, and exposure to cloud and container technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend software development experience.
• Strong production-grade React and TypeScript experience.
• Experience with Remix (or Next.js/Express) in production.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and production service management.
• Willingness to learn and lead projects; mentoring junior engineers.
• Bonus: cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend experiences for international dealer products using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features for Canadian and UK markets.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Own frontend services from ideation through deployment and maintenance in production environments.
• Ensure systems are secure, maintainable, and performant; optimize code quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues using observability tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering standards for the Dublin office.
