UnitedHealth Group in Ireland seeks a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to build modern, high-quality web experiences. You will shape the front end of complex enterprise applications, leverage AI for rapid prototyping, and integrate front-end with APIs and backend services in a hybrid Dublin/Letterkenny role.

You will collaborate with product owners and designers, mentor peers, and ensure accessibility, performance, and security across platforms in a healthcare-focused, regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Significant front-end and web-based UI development experience
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue or similar
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS including responsive and accessible design
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to generate wireframes and prototypes
• Experience delivering complex enterprise-scale web applications
• Experience debugging and resolving backend issues in Microsoft stack (C#, .NET)
• Experience integrating front-end apps with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Experience using Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile delivery
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-end UX development for enterprise applications
• Design, build, test, and maintain responsive, accessible UI using React/Angular/Vue
• Develop reusable UI components and design systems
• Apply best practices for state management, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to translate requirements
• Prototype and iterate using AI-assisted design tools
• Integrate front-end with APIs and backend services
• Mentor engineers in front-end and AI-assisted design
• Contribute to documentation and engineering standards
• Follow security, privacy, compliance, and quality standards
