Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer in Ireland to design and build scalable web and mobile interfaces. You will work with Product Owners, UX designers and architects to ensure code meets business requirements and adheres to standards. Your focus will be performance, security and reusable components.

You will mentor junior members and contribute to evolving the shared component libraries while advancing the team's front-end capabilities and adopting best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive front-end experience with Angular and modern frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React is beneficial.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks like React Native is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Docker.
• Agile experience and proactive collaboration with stakeholders.
• Mentoring juniors and sharing knowledge within the team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects and UX designers to translate requirements into technical design.
• Develop web and mobile interfaces with high-quality, reusable code and libraries.
• Contribute to end-to-end architecture and both functional and non-functional design.
• Own the Frontend digital platform and drive front-end development standards.
• Follow Version 1's Agile process and framework.
• Advocate best practices including TDD, code reviews and pair programming.
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise across the team.
• Design flexible, configurable software components.
• Produce secure, well-tested, maintainable code.
