Job summary

EMPOWERMENT is partnering with a market-leading organisation in South Dublin seeking a Senior Manager to join the Finance Business Partnering team. You will report to the Director, delivering strategic financial information to both finance and non-finance colleagues and gaining exposure to senior leadership to accelerate your career.

You will provide leaders with monthly reports, forecasts and annual budgets, and help develop long-term financial plans for support departments.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide leaders with periodic financial reports and analysis, preparing monthly forecasts & annual budgets.
• Develop annual and long-term financial plans for support departments.
• Assist with financial management initiatives and projects.
• Partner with operations teams to provide insightful profitability data.
• Drive efficiencies and track results to improve divisional gross margin.
• Analyse and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights to drive decision making.
