Job summary

Teleflex is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis and business partnering across Global Functions. Based in Athlone on a hybrid basis, you will forecast, analyse and report to enable robust decision-making.

This hands-on role focuses on variance analysis, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and budget holders. You will partner with function leaders, manage month-end close, and contribute to automation and standardisation of reporting.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting experience.
• Variance analysis and commentary aligned to forecast, budget and prior year.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial results for Global Functions cost centres with variance commentary.
• Close ownership for cost centres: journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis to support decisions on investment, headcount and cost.
