Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in formulation development, preferably in nutrition, supplements, or cosmetics.
• Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and stability principles.
• Ability to operate within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product formulation from concept to full-scale production.
• Approve final product formulations before production launch.
• Oversee pilot production, scale-up, and early manufacturing batches.
