Job summary

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Chemistry) for our new European manufacturing site in Athenry. You will apply engineering principles to scale up and validate manufacturing processes, developing DOEs and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of related experience or a Master’s with 2–5 years experience or a PhD with 0–2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead DOE execution in manufacturing processes.
• Develop SME knowledge on CQAs, CPPs, CMAs.
• Work on analytical test method development for material and product characterization.
• Compile, trend, and evaluate test data to define process limits.
• Prepare technical documentation: protocols, reports, procedures, summaries, risk inputs (pFMEAs).
• Troubleshoot equipment, material, process, or product issues in manufacturing.
