Job summary

WhiteTech is seeking a Project Manager to own day-to-day coordination and delivery of one fintech-focused project. You will work with developers, QA, analysts, designers and stakeholders to keep the project on track, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure effective communication across the team.

The role emphasizes SDLC understanding, Agile practices, and strong collaboration across distributed teams. Fully remote work within CET hours is offered, with flexibility for candidates across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PM experience in a product or technology-driven company.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
• Experience with requirements gathering, task clarification, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and elevate them when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks progress according to plan.
• Support project planning with milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, documentation and delivery schedules.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team rituals.
• Coordinate collaboration between development, QA, design, analytics and business teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and blockers and escalate where needed.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones and releases.
