Job summary

Seccl Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Senior Launch Manager to own the journey from early customer conversations through onboarding, implementation and migration. You will work with fintechs, adviser firms, and enterprise clients to turn opportunities into successful launches.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will lead workshops, dive into API integrations and operational processes, and help refine our onboarding approach as Seccl scales in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onboarding, implementation or launch projects.
• Ability to translate conversations into clear project plans and milestones.
• Comfort working with APIs, product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and migration projects from kick-off to launch.
• Run workshops and training for customer teams on the platform.
• Support technical integrations across standard and complex journeys.
• Keep progress visible to stakeholders and leadership, including risks and dependencies.
• Identify gaps and drive practical improvements across launches.
