Fund Recs is seeking a Client Enablement Senior Analyst to join our Client Services team in Ireland. You will oversee onboarding of clients to the Fund Recs platform, delivering scalable, automated solutions and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

You will mentor junior colleagues, drive process improvements, and collaborate with product and sales teams to share insights. The role suits someone tech‑savvy with data and automation passion, seeking a growth path in fintech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services/fintech roles, ideally fund operations or reconciliations.
• NAV experience is required for this role.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and Fund Admin operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new and existing clients to Fund Recs platform.
• Own complex onboarding initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Design scalable, automation-first solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and improve onboarding processes.
