Seccl is expanding its presence in Ireland, and a Hybrid Senior Launch Manager will lead customer onboarding, implementations and migrations from initial conversations to live launches. You will work with fintechs, advice firms and larger enterprises, navigating APIs and operational processes to move launches quickly.

The role combines hands-on delivery with shaping onboarding approaches, identifying product gaps, and delivering scalable launch programs as Seccl builds its Irish operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onboarding, implementation, migration, or launch projects in Irish financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of the Irish financial services landscape and distribution channels.
• Ability to work in detail with APIs, product and engineering teams without being an engineer.
• Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships while driving delivery.
• Skilled at running workshops, demos and training with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong multi-project management and prioritization under changing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead deep-dive workshops with prospective and onboarding firms to define needs and plans.
• Create proposition designs, project summaries, and launch milestones with clear owners.
• Own onboarding and migration projects from kickoff to successful launches.
• Support API integrations across standard and complex customer journeys.
• Deliver training workshops to help customer teams use the platform.
• Keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and commercial objectives.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements across product, technical and onboarding processes.
