Reporting to the EU Director of FinCrime, Fraud and Dispute Operations, we're looking for a Senior Financial Crime Ops Manager to join our fast-growing EU team here in Dublin. You will need to oversee our outsourced partners, holding them accountable for SLAs and performance. This position requires in-depth data analysis expertise and a strong commitment to data-driven decision making, alongside a solid understanding of day-to-day fincrime operations and deep knowledge of transaction monitoring, AML/CTF, screening, and onboarding rules and models implementation. You will work across different areas and products including our current and business accounts and partner with our group data science, data engineering, product, and technology teams.
A salary range of €76,500 - €95,500 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance
This role will have a hybrid working model, based in our Dublin office 2 - 3 days a week. You will also travel to Monzo's head office in London from time to time

Annual Leave - 34 days including public holidays (24 holiday days + 10 public holidays)
€1,200 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences
Pension scheme: the minimum contribution is 4% and Monzo matches any additional contributions that you make up to a maximum of 6%
