Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Consulting team. You will help deliver consulting services in finance transformation, operational excellence, and change management, with a strong emphasis on project management in banking and financial services.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end client engagements, supporting large-scale transformation, digital channels optimization, and customer-centric operating models.

Qualifications

• A third level degree, with a strong academic record.
• Project Management certification, with demonstrated ability to apply best practices and methodologies.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and programmes for diverse clients with tight deadlines.
• Drive digital transformation and customer experience programmes.
• Define and drive projects through all life cycle stages.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business units.
• Design and mobilise enterprise-wide transformation programmes aligning strategy, technology, and operating models.
• Leverage data to identify improvements and track impact.
