Job summary

Qualifications

• A third level degree, with a strong academic record.
• Project Management certification, with a demonstrated ability to apply best practices, tools and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or tailored approaches) to deliver measurable project outcomes.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex projects and programmes for key clients across industries.
• Drive transformation initiatives including digital transformation and customer experience changes.
• Define and drive projects through all life cycle stages.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business units.
• Design and deliver customer experience transformation initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communications strategies.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys for banking products.
• Mobilise enterprise-wide digital and customer transformation programmes.
• Leverage data to inform decision-making and track impact.
