Armont Recruitment has partnered with a market leading organisation seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their finance team based in south Dublin on an initial 12-month contract.

This hands-on role will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, lead a team of experienced accountants and remain actively involved in financial reporting, controls, process improvement and commercial finance activities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5+ years’ finance management PQE.
• Hands-on Financial Manager with experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of experienced accountants.
• Oversee month-end close and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and board packs.
• Manage statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain hands-on involvement across all finance functions and drive improvements.
• Partner with key stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Drive process automation and efficiency initiatives.
