Job summary

Elevate Partners is seeking a Financial Controller to take full ownership of financial control across a multi-entity group in Dublin. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage month-end closes, year-end audits, and tax compliance for development SPVs, asset-holding and service entities.

You will work hands-on in a small team with direct exposure to the board, lenders and advisors, delivering robust financial reporting and statutory accounts.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE.
• Proven experience managing a multi-entity month-end close.
• Track record taking a year-end audit from trial balance to signed statutory accounts.
• Strong knowledge of FRS 102 and Irish company law reporting requirements.
• Practical experience with Irish tax compliance (corporation tax, VAT and payroll taxes).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of financial control across a 20+ entity structure (development SPVs, asset-holding and service entities).
• Run the month-end close and manage the year-end audit through to signed statutory accounts.
• Oversee group tax compliance cycle and support new corporate structures.
• Collaborate with lenders, legal and tax advisors on live transactions.
