Job summary

Artemis Human Capital are partnering with a growing manufacturing business in Co. Cavan to appoint a Financial Controller. The successful candidate will manage budgets, prepare management accounts, and partner with operations to drive projects and improve financial controls.

You will hold ACA/ACCA/CIMA, have manufacturing experience, strong Excel, and be able to lead a finance team and present to senior management. Excellent salary, annual bonus, and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Manufacturing experience essential
• Excellent communicator with ability to present to senior management
• Forex experience desirable
• Ability to lead, develop and mentor finance team
• Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly/annual budgets
• Review and present monthly management accounts
• Business partner with operations to drive projects forward
• Manage cashflow forecasting and oversee all payments
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting
• Develop and implement financial controls and processes
• Consult with auditors and prepare audit packs
