Job summary

A Management Accountant is sought for a growing international manufacturing business in North Dublin. The role reports to the CFO and focuses on commercial finance partnering beyond month-end reporting.

You will manage monthly management accounts, costing, KPI analysis and collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and R&D to drive operational improvements across multiple currencies and ERP/MRP environments.

Qualifications

• Qualified or senior Part-Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
• Manufacturing, engineering or stock-heavy distribution experience.
• Knowledge of inventory, standard costing and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Commercial mindset and ability to partner with operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
• Manufacturing costing, BOM analysis and labour/material variances.
• Stock, WIP and finished goods valuations.
• Analyse operational and plant KPIs.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and R&D teams.
• Support international operations, including AP/AR oversight.

• VAT, VIES, Intrastat and CSO reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls across purchasing, stock and production.

I’m currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a growing international manufacturing business based in North Dublin.

This is a newly created role within a lean finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. It’s a great opportunity for an ambitious qualified or senior part-qualified accountant who enjoys getting close to the operational side of a business rather than focusing purely on month-end reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and performance reporting
• Manufacturing costing, BOM analysis and labour/material variances

Key Requirements:
