Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a finance professional for an 11-month contract in Dublin. The role focuses on statutory financial reporting across multiple EMEA entities, coordinating audits and tax reporting, and overseeing outsourced compliance work.

Hybrid work arrangement is available with three days onsite per week. Candidates should hold ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent and have 1–4 years post-qualified experience with US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP knowledge, plus advanced Excel and ERP tool

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 1-4 years post-qualified experience preparing statutory financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting tools experience.
• Experience using AI tools to improve accounting processes.

• 11-month contract
• Dublin 4, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite)
• €50/hour on PAYE

Responsibilities include:

• Manage statutory financial reporting and compliance requirements across multiple EMEA legal entities.
• Coordinate statutory audits, corporation tax, and VAT reporting activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and oversee compliance activities completed by outsourced finance partners.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and AI-powered solutions within accounting and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 1-4 years post-qualified experience preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting tools such as Oracle Fusion, disclosure management, or statutory reporting systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve accounting, reporting, audit, or compliance processes.
