Job summary

Principle HR is recruiting a Financial Accountant (ACA/ACCA) for a world-leading tech company in Dublin on an 11-month PAYE contract with a salary of €95,000 per annum. The role is hybrid (2-3 days onsite).

You will own payroll and benefits accounting across multiple EMEA entities, drive month-end close activities, and collaborate with AI-enabled finance tools. ACA/ACCA and Big Four training are required, with 1-2+ years post-qualified experience.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification and Big Four training.
• 1-2+ years' post-qualified experience in industry.
• Strong end-to-end month-end experience, including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Payroll or benefits accounting experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving payroll journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Working with Payroll Operations to investigate and clear reconciling items
• Owning payroll flux analysis at quarter-end
• Helping drive AI and efficiency projects across the team
• Close periods occasionally need some weekend flexibility.
