Job summary

Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Global Finance Transformation to drive process improvements and automation across multiple accounting teams. You will partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT squads to deliver scalable solutions and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, global setting.

The role emphasizes Agile-style delivery, managing interdependencies, and communicating status clearly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or experience in project management.

Responsibilities

Interact with sponsors and stakeholders to define and deliver accounting solutions.
Drive multiple projects to completion across many organizations.
Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate issues, balance business needs and technical constraints.
Facilitate process improvement workshops with stakeholders.
Plan and manage parallel projects, optimize resource use.
Identify, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
Create and distribute project information to stakeholders.
Build integrated schedules accounting for dependencies and risks.
