BMS Performance Ireland is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their chromatography and mass spectrometry service team. The role covers North Leinster / East of Ireland with some nationwide travel.

You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot and service LC/GC and MS instrumentation for laboratory customers, providing on-site and remote support while ensuring high service standards. A company car and competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' hands-on experience with mass spectrometry and chromatography equipment.
• Experience servicing, maintaining or troubleshooting highly technical laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience with LC, GC and/or mass spectrometry systems.
• A relevant Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical or similar technical qualification.

Responsabilités

• Install and commission laboratory instrumentation at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues onsite and remotely.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs.
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers.
• Train end users on equipment when required.
• Complete service reports and calibration documentation.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain high customer satisfaction.
