Job summary

Based in Letterkenny, you will be responsible for ongoing processing of service invoices for European companies and benefits from flexible working hours and training opportunities.

Expect independent invoice review, coding, posting, and payment processing, plus account reconciliations and master data maintenance as part of a dedicated corporate group.

Qualifications

• Commercial training completed.
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable.
• Confident use of the MS Office suite.
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style.
• High level of trustworthiness, reliability, and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independent review, coding, and posting of incoming invoices.
