Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a senior Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team in a remote-capable, fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of colleagues and work with one enterprise customer to drive IT operations, adoption of Quality Cloud, and successful agile delivery across a global program.

You will mentor teams, manage governance, and shape delivery strategies while leveraging your Life Sciences software implementation experience.

Qualifications

8+ years in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management involved in large system implementations.
Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects with multi-year scope.
Excellent communication with senior/executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments; strong governance and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a key enterprise customer in IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program including resource planning and forecasting.
Act as primary customer liaison, managing all communication between project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Quality Cloud suite.
Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption roadmaps.
Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization.
Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and best-practices post-implementation.
