Veeva Systems is seeking a senior, self-motivated Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You\'ll lead a team of colleagues and work with a key enterprise customer, guiding adoption of industry best practices and delivering agile value through cloud-based solutions.

You\'ll empower enterprise-life sciences clients with best-of-breed cloud technology, manage complex programs, and mentor junior consultants while traveling 25–50% to support global implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects in life sciences or pharma environments.
• Strong track record delivering multi-year enterprise implementations.
• Ability to manage resources, budgets and governance for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a key enterprise customer in IT operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Manage multi-year, multi-phased global implementation programs with governance.
• Serve as primary customer liaison; manage communication with team, customer and stakeholders.
• Mentor project teams and drive adoption of industry best practices in post-implementation programs.
• Contribute to roadmaps for customer adoption and product enhancements.
