Job summary

Veeva Systems in Ireland is seeking a senior Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will lead a multi-year, global implementation for a key enterprise customer, guiding adoption of industry best practices and delivering value through agile delivery.

You will combine Life Sciences software implementation experience with program management, mentor junior consultants, manage vendor relationships, and help shape post-implementation optimization across IT operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects
• Excellent communication with senior/executive-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead a key enterprise customer in IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program with resource planning, team leadership, tracking and forecasting
• Act as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps based on customer requirements and new product features
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization
• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices post-implementation for continuous improvement
