Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician to provide technical support for equipment engineers in the scale-up of manufacturing for Dexcom products. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

You will collaborate with project engineers and suppliers, follow safety protocols, and participate in equipment development activities. The role requires hands-on skills and strong communication within a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

Must be a fully qualified electrician with manufacturing experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 6–8 years of related experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents related to equipment specifications.
Ability to write routine reports, pass downs and correspondence; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

Test and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies using test equipment.
Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.
Analyze and record test results and prepare documentation.
Perform operational testing and fault isolation on automated systems.
Assist with assembly and testing of equipment, fixtures, and electronics under supervision.
