Job summary

Qualio is seeking a senior product engineering leader to guide and grow a customer-focused engineering organization. You will drive strategy, deliver high-quality features, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate technology into business value.

You’ll coach engineers, set standards, and remove roadblocks to accelerate delivery while maintaining security, scalability and reliability across our ISO-certified platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing engineers in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain senior engineers.
• Strong collaboration with product and design teams.
• Experience translating tech into business value.
• Security and privacy mindset aligned with ISO standards.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and manage a world-class engineering team.
• Execute on product strategy to deliver high quality products.
• Develop standards and procedures to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Partner with leaders across the company to translate technology into strategic business decisions.
• Drive accountability and metrics ownership to translate strategy into results.
• Analyze product data and identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams on lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Work with customers to solve issues and propose ideas to the team.
