Qualifications

Degree in engineering or equivalent
10+ years in pharmaceutical/regulated industry
5+ years leadership experience
Strong GMP, validation & project management knowledge
Experience managing engineering budgets & capital projects
Strong communication & stakeholder management
Troubleshooting complex process/equipment issues
Automation experience in an engineering environment
Serialization knowledge & regulatory requirements
DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone or RCA experience

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for engineering across maintenance, automation, reliability and capex.
Lead and develop engineering, maintenance, automation and facilities teams.
Drive operational excellence: OEE, throughput, quality, risk and waste reduction.
Support capital investment lifecycle: URS, FAT, SAT, commissioning & qualification.
