Job summary

D/RES Properties seeks a Senior Engineer (Multi-Site) to lead engineering across two County Kildare residential sites. You will provide hands-on technical authority, enforce common standards, and oversee the engineering teams on each site to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The role combines technical oversight with leadership responsibilities, including resource planning, risk management and regular reporting to the Contracts Manager, with a focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site engineering delivery across complex projects.
• Ability to establish common engineering standards and procedures.
• Proven capability to plan and allocate resources across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all engineering activity across two sites, with single-point accountability.
• Manage RFIs and technical queries to keep the programme on track.
• Coordinate design information with the consulting engineer, architect, M&E consultant and specialists.
• Deliver roads, drainage, attenuation and SuDS, watermains, ducting and public lighting to take-in-charge standards.
• Prepare inspections, maintain records and support Building Control compliance.
• Line-manage intermediate and junior engineers and provide weekly site reports to the Contracts Manager.
• Identify and escalate programme risks arising from information, ground conditions or consents.
