Job summary

Careeriser-Limited in West Dublin is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a large-scale residential new build. You will oversee site management, quality assurance and subcontractor coordination to meet programme and commissioning targets.

The role requires a HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Ireland, with a focus on setting out and mentoring site engineers. Competitive package includes bonuses, pension, health insurance and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ similar experience in Ireland.
• Experience with setting out and supervising engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety, quality and compliance across the project
• Coordinate design reviews, technical queries and issue resolution
• Manage subcontractors and service providers to meet programme and commissioning targets
• Monitor progress, report weekly performance and address delays
• Carry out site inspections to drive quality and timely close-out of issues
• Oversee quality assurance, document control and building control compliance
• Manage key work packages including sequencing, trade coordination and procurement input
• Liaise with utilities, authorities and external stakeholders as required
• Drive build efficiencies through design challenge and value engineering
• Lead and develop site engineering teams while promoting a strong customer-focused culture
