Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Engineer to join our Network Edge team in Cork, Ireland. You will execute capacity expansion projects for the Orthopaedics franchise, delivering robust manufacturing processes and ensuring knowledge transfer to site staff.

The role requires at least five years’ experience in medical device manufacturing, strong problem-solving and regulatory collaboration skills, and up to 25% travel domestically or internationally.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing and validation.
• Six Sigma, SE or A3 problem-solving expertise.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to lead."
• Ability to evaluate risks and drive quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust orthopaedic implant manufacturing processes for Network Edge projects.
• Ensure activities comply with QMS procedures and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical, validation and regulatory strategies.
• Partner with Regulatory for filings, inspections, and registrations across sites/countries.
• Lead effective communication and stakeholder management within project scope.
