Job Purpose

At IC S Medical Devices, we design, prototype, and manufacture innovative catheter-based medical device technologies. As a Senior Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across customer projects, from one-off prototype runs to larger development programmes. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will develop and deliver engineering solutions that meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. This role supports projects from concept through validation and process implementation, while contributing to continuous improvement and wider business goals. Required Qualifications And Experience

• Degree in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven technical capability within an engineering environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams
