Job summary

ICMS Medical Devices designs, prototypes, and manufactures catheter-based medical devices. We seek a Senior Engineer to provide technical leadership across customer projects, from prototype runs to larger development programmes, ensuring quality, regulatory, and customer requirements are met.

You will guide concepts through development, testing, validation, and process implementation, while contributing to continuous improvement and wider business goals in a collaborative, fast-paced SME

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven technical capability within an engineering environment.
• Ability to understand and communicate catheter technology effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with flexibility and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of customer projects from prototype to development programmes.
• Develop engineering solutions meeting customer and project requirements.
• Contribute to design verification, validation, and process validation.
• Prepare protocols, conduct testing, and generate high-quality technical reports.
• Develop manufacturing processes to meet design specs and support production.
