Job summary

Finning (Ireland) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Power Generation, Oil & Gas projects within our Energy & Power Generation (EPG) business. You will lead a specialist segment team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

This leadership role combines project delivery, team management, commercial accountability, customer engagement, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND plus relevant project management experience.
• Experience delivering Power Generation, Energy, Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, profitable delivery of Power Generation and Oil & Gas projects.
• Develop and implement project execution plans aligned with objectives.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and forecasts for successful outcomes.
• Manage project cash flow, cost control, and profitability.
• Provide regular performance reporting to the Head of Delivery.
