Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of hands-on program/technical program management for embedded software or semiconductor initiatives.
• Strong foundation in embedded software, firmware, Linux, Zephyr, and RTOS environments.
• Experience with device drivers, boot software, ROM, security, and platform enablement.
• Proven leadership of large multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive large-scale embedded software, platform enablement, and silicon-related programs.
• Lead Agile execution with firmware, Linux, Zephyr, ROM, security, and hardware teams.
• Align software roadmaps with product delivery to maximize reuse and speed to market.
• Coordinate across Linux Factory, Zephyr Factory, ROM, and SDK organizations.
• Manage risks, open-source dependencies, and release readiness for platform releases.
