The successful candidate will lead programs across the full product development lifecycle, spanning firmware, Linux and Zephyr software stacks, device drivers, Common HAL, ROM and boot software, BSPs, SDKs, middleware, security enablement, low-level I/O, and SoC/MCU platform development.This role will work closely with SDP's Linux Factory, Zephyr Factory, ROM, Security, Common HAL, Unified SDK, and platform software organizations to ensure scalable, reusable, and high-quality software deliverables across multiple product families and business units. The candidate will drive disciplined execution and alignment between embedded software, silicon design, hardware engineering, validation, systems, applications, and customer-facing teams.This position requires strong technical understanding of embedded systems and semiconductor development, exceptional leadership, a proactive management approach, and the ability to collaborate across highly technical, multi-disciplinary global teams. drivers.* Power and clock management, SoC initialization, hardware bring-up, and platform enablement.* Common HAL, middleware, SDKs, reusable software frameworks, and software platform architectures.* Developer tools, SDK infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, software release governance, and software quality frameworks.### Semiconductor and System Experience* Experience working with MCUs, SoCs, ASICs, DSPs, wireless chipsets, PMICs, mixed-signal products, edge AI systems, or automotive controllers.* Strong understanding of semiconductor development lifecycles, silicon readiness milestones, and
