Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join its Core Platform team, focusing on integrating, debugging and validating software across complex embedded hardware for cutting-edge semiconductor platforms.

You will collaborate closely with software, hardware and systems teams to resolve challenging system-level issues and help deliver high-performance platforms, with a focus on low-level engineering near the hardware.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' embedded software development and/or integration experience.
• Strong C/C++ and scripting experience with Python, Perl or similar.
• Experience with RTOS, embedded systems, testing and source control.
• Strong system-level debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across software and hardware teams.
• Git/Gerrit/GitHub or Perforce.
• Device drivers, BSPs, firmware or SoC/chipset experience.
• Assembly and low-level processor knowledge.

The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will work closely with software, hardware and systems teams to resolve challenging system-level issues and help deliver reliable, high-performance platforms.
