A well-established Electrical contracting company in Rathcoole is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor. You will manage cost estimates and budgets for Commercial and Industrial projects, conduct tender analysis, and report on project progress. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience managing estimates and budgets for Commercial/Industrial/Solar PV projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates and budgets.
• Conduct tender analysis and manage subcontractor procurement.
• Monitor project progress and provide financial reports.
