Job summary

Crossley Scott Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor in Dublin to own the commercial management from tender through final account. You will control costs, manage risk, and maximise profitability across electrical projects while collaborating with project teams and clients.

Key responsibilities include preparing budgets, performing valuations, and ensuring accurate commercial reporting to reflect site reality.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing BOQs, budgets, cost reports and profit plans.
• Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, payments and final accounts.
• Preparing monthly applications, remeasurements, dayworks and variations.
• Identifying commercial risks and protecting project margins.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Planning Engineers and clients.
• Negotiating contractual changes, resolving commercial issues and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring commercial reporting reflects site reality.

Are you an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence project profitability, and make a real commercial impact?

We’re looking for a commercially driven, detail-oriented Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage projects from tender stage through to final account, ensuring costs are controlled, risks are managed, and commercial opportunities are maximised.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
