Formación

• Must hold a degree in quantity surveying or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of five years in an electrical quantity surveying role.
• Experience with tendering, procurement strategy and contract administration.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tender documentation and bills of quantities.
• Set procurement strategy and place subcontract orders.
• Provide commercial cost control reports (materials, subcontract, labour, preliminaries).
• Identify commercial risks and advise on contractual claims.
• Produce monthly commercial reports for project reviews and assist estimating when needed.
